Oncoming Train: This may be the first image I’ve made where the subject is intentionally and entirely out of focus. I love the contrast of the warm headlights with the blueness of the dreary day and leaving the train out of focus has the effect of adding a bit of mystery. I made a version with the train in focus and this one is the clear winner in my mind.
