Orange Fence & Netting Urban Abstract: It’s really just some trash along a fence. I came across this scene on a dreary morning walking along a bike path. This particular bike path runs along a railroad with a chain link fence between. A small piece of orange poly netting was laying along the fence with rain drops hanging from the knots.
