Shipping Custom-Framed Pieces
Shipping costs for custom-framed pieces will be calculated as part of the pricing quote. Due to variability in shipping costs for different sizes and locations, these costs must be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
For all custom-framed pieces, please expect up to six weeks for production and delivery, depending on artwork type, size, weight, and destination. Chad Kettlewell Photography currently ships within the United States only. All shipping quotes account for the most competitive rates and professional packaging on a per-case basis.
Please note that custom-framed artwork shipped via freight is often large and heavy. The shipping company will call ahead to schedule delivery, please arrange to have extra assistance.
Shipping Fine Art Prints
Free shipping is included with all other (non-custom) fine art prints (metal, canvas, photographic paper). Please allow three weeks for production and shipping for non-custom prints. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once your print ships. Your shipping notification will include tracking information.
